Osterøy kommune har sidan år 2000 hatt Acos Websak som arkivsystem. I 2013 inngjekk med samarbeidsavtale med alle nordhordlandskommunane og det blei bestemt at alle kommunane skulle ha like system. Nordhordlandskommunane inngjekk difor avtale med Acos om sakarkivsystem websak og Fokus.
